Desde 2023, Sindicato tem uma pasta dedicada às mulheres
Você sabia que a categoria metalúrgica tem cerca de 4 mil trabalhadoras mulheres em Betim, Igarapé e São Joaquim de Bicas? Foi pensando nas demandas específicas dessas companheiras que, em março de 2023, o Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos criou a Secretaria da Mulher.
Missões e Pastas
Entre as missões da pasta, está a luta por isonomia salarial, por auxílio-creche para todos os trabalhadores com filhos de até 5 anos e contra todo tipo de assédio. A Secretaria também luta por leis que garantam às mulheres o direito de desembarcar fora dos pontos de ônibus das 22 às 5 horas
